By placing an order through the Muse Lingerie website you agree to the terms below. We have set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to the country of origin of South Africa

If the size doesn't fit, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you.

A request for exchange/return can be made no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

The returned item must be in an undamaged condition, without any signs of wear. The box must be intact and include the complete packaging, including tags and the gift.

Please inform us in advance about the exchange/return via email or through our Instagram.

The costs associated with postage for the exchange of goods are paid by the buyer.

In case of an error in the order, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

The order can be canceled no later than 24 hours after it was placed.

Our staff double-checks each product and carefully packs every order to ensure that you receive your order in the best condition. Before submitting your order for processing, make sure all the information in your order is correct.

Our goal is to provide our customers with products of the highest quality and standard. If there is a manufacturing defect in your lingerie, you can send us an email at info@muse-lingerie.com for options and more information about returning/exchanging the product. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item, along with a brief description and pictures showing the defect(s).

If, for any reason, the refund request is accepted, we will refund your money within 14 business days of receiving your returned package. Please note that return shipping costs are not included in the refund amount. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your bank account depends on your bank.

Please note that the product must be returned in complete packaging, as you received it. In the event of missing or damaged parts of the product, the seller/Muse Lingerie reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount.
